Our Goals Elaine's Foundation for Homeless Felines

  • To rescue and socialize kittens born to feral/stray cats and find suitable adopters for them.

  • Educate residents and local public officials about the Trap/Neuter and Return(TNR) Program

  • Inform residents about the low cost spay/neuter programs available throughout the state and teach them how to take care of the feral colonies and individuals.

Dear Friend,

Elaine’s Foundation for Homeless Felines is a newly founded organization dedicated to saving and insuring better quality of life for the homeless cats. We are an all volunteer nonprofit group launching an effort to control the cats’ overpopulation problem in the state of New Jersey. Our mission is to raise money to spay/neuter feral cats and relocate colonies from unsafe areas. We feed, clean and take care of all colonies and seek help from the townships to provide safe areas for the colonies. Our major goal is to focus on building a sanctuary to relocate the colonies, which then can provide jobs and shelter for some homeless individuals.
